    A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. In the event of a cancellation, your retainer may be transferred and applied to a future event date.

  • Yes! The Gathering Booth is fully insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request, as many venues and event spaces require vendors to carry coverage.

  • Yes! We provide a curated selection of elevated, event-specific props designed to complement the overall experience and aesthetic. Custom props may also be available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Yes. We specialize in creating fully branded photobooth experiences for weddings, corporate events, and activations. Custom branding can include:

    • Booth branding

    • Custom overlays

    • Branded start screens

    • Custom print designs

  • Yes. On-site printing is included in our packages so guests can leave with high-quality printed keepsakes.

  • The Gathering Booth is based in Orlando and serves all of Central Florida, including Tampa, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding areas. Travel outside of our standard service area may be available for select events.

  • We strive to be as flexible as possible. While cancellations are non-refundable, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future event date within one calendar year of your original booking, based on availability.

  • For the best experience, we require a flat, level surface with an area of at least 8 feet high, 7 feet wide, and 9 feet deep. The setup space should also be easily accessible for load-in and setup.

    Outdoor setups are possible, but the booth must be placed in a covered area protected from weather conditions such as rain, wind, and direct sunlight.

  • Yes. Every booking includes an on-site attendant who handles setup, operation, guest assistance, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Absolutely. We offer a clean standard white backdrop, along with custom and seasonal backdrop upgrades.
